Bahan Membuat Crunchy sausage rollbread
- 200 gr Terigu protein tinggi.
- 50 gr Terigu protein sedang.
- 15 gr Susu bubuk full cream.
- 40 gr Gula.
- 6 gr Ragi instant.
- 180 ml #Cairan (timbang : 1 btr Telur + 20gr Whipped cream bubuk + Susu cair sampai 180gr).
- 30 gr Butter.
- 3 gr Garam.
- 1/2 sdt Pasta susu.
- secukupnya Sosis.
- Topping.
- Parsley/oregano.
- Parmesan.
Langkah Memasak Crunchy sausage rollbread
- 1. Mixer semua bahan menjadi 1 (kecuali garam, butter & pasta susu) sambil dituang cairan pelan- pelan jika dirasa sudah pas, stop supaya tidak kelembekan.
- 2. Uleni terus hingga kalis, adonan tidak menempel di bowl, lalu masukkan butter dan garam uleni hingga kalis elastis. Masukkan pasta susu uleni hingga rata.
- 3. Timbang adonan 35gr, bentuk panjang, ulirkan di sosis setelah itu celupkan di putih telur, terakhir gulungkan di breadcrumbs. Susun di loyang.
- 4. Diamkan mengembang 2x (sekitar 1jam). Taburi parsley dan parmesan.
- 5. Panggang suhu 190derajat selama 12-15menit atau hingga golden brown (tergantung suhu oven masing- masing).
