Maetdol Sundubu didn't start in the Silla Dynasty like a lot of the relics in this former. You can substitute the beef for shiitake mushrooms, add in some kimchi, etc. Whatever taste you like, this is a good, basic soondubu jjigae template you can use to keep yourself warmed up as you wait out the winter!
Bahan Membuat 순두부 찌개 | sup tahu korea
- Tofu Soup | Sup Tahu.
- 1 big tofu / tahu besar.
- 1 scallions / daun bawang.
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang paste / pasta gochujang (can replace with saus sambal).
- 1 tsp chili flakes / bubuk cabai.
- kimchi (can replace with sawi putih).
- salt n pepper / garam dan lada.
- 350 ml water / air.
- Rolled Omelette | Telur Dadar Gulung.
- 2 egg / telur.
- 1/2 carrot / wortel.
- 1 scallions / daun bawang.
- salt n pepper / garam dan lada.
- Crispy Sausage | Sosis Crispy.
- 1 big sausage / sosis besar.
- 4 full spoon of tepung bumbu serbaguna.
- 1 tsp chili flakes / bubuk cabai.
- tbsp water / air.
- Additional / Tambahan.
- rice / nasi.
- oil / minyak.
Langkah Memasak 순두부 찌개 | sup tahu korea
- SUP TAHU masukan 1 sendok makan minyak kedalam panci, tumis tahu, daun bawang dan kimchi | TOFU SOUP add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, stir-fried tofu, scallions and kimchi.
- Tambahkan air, gochujang, bubuk cabai, garam dan lada, aduk hingga rata | add water, gochujang, chili powder, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Jika sudah sedikit mengental, matikan api, masukan kedalam mangkuk, sisihkan | if it has thickened a little, turn off the heat, put it in a bowl, set aside.
- TELUR GULUNG pecahkan telur, masukan kedalam mangkuk, tambahkan garam dan lada, kocok, pisahkan adonan telur 2 sdm | EGG ROLL crack the eggs, put in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix, separate the egg mixture 2 tbsp.
- Potong daun bawang sekitar 1cm, parut wortel, cincang | chop the leeks about 1cm, grated carrots, chopped.
- Tambahkan wortel, daun bawang kedalam telur, aduk hingga rata | add carrots, scallions into the egg, mix well.
- Panaskan panci ukuran sedang -+ 10cm, tambahkan minyak 3 sdm | heat a medium size pan - + 10cm, add 3 tbsp oil.
- Masuk telur sedikit, gulung, ulangi terus sampai telur habis | pour the eggs little by little, roll, repeat until the eggs run out.
- SOSIS CRISPY larutkan tepung dengan air, tambahkan bubuk cabai dan telur yang tadi sudah di sisihkan, aduk hingga rata | CRISPY SAUSAGE mix flour with water, add chili powder and eggs that have been set aside, stir until smooth.
- Potong sosis menjadi 2, lalu potong lidi menjadi total 8 sosis | cut the sausage into 2pcs, then cut stick type into a total of 8 sausages.
- Masukan kedalam adonan tepung hingga merata, goreng dengan api kecil | put into the flour mixture, fry with low heat.
- Ready to serve !!!.
