- 50 gr margarine.
- 30 gr minyak sayur.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt gula.
- 80 ml air.
- Isian: ubijalar mix.
Langkah Memasak Pastel kriwil.renyahhh
- Campur terigu,gula,garam.aduk rata..
- Panaskan minyak+margarine.hingga meleleh..
- Tuang minyak panas ke terigu,aduk rata.beri air sedikit sedikit.campur,adon hingga menyatu.jangan terlalu mengulen seperti buat roti.cukup,asal tak lengket di tangan saja.diamkan adonan minimal 15 menit..
- Bagi bagi adonan,atau timbang seperlunya.gilas,jangan terlalu tipis.bentuk bulat.isi dgn isian.pilin pinggirnya..
- Goreng,minyak banyak,panas,api kecil.siram siram pastel dgn minyak,biar pastel nya gendut.
- Nb: isian boleh suka suka,ragout,bihun,mi goreng,terserah selera nya apa..
- Selesai dan jadi rebutan bocil..
