Bahan Membuat Urap endess
- 1 ikat Daun ubi.
- 500 gr kol.
- 500 gr kacang panjang.
- 250 gr tauge.
- 1 butir kelapa sedang.
- 50 gr cabe merah.
- 50 gr cabe rawit.
- 2 siung B. putih.
- 2 bh B. merah.
- 3 butir kencur.
- 1 bks kecil terasi.
- 200 gr gula merah.
- 3 lbr daun jeruk.
- 1 bks asam jawa.
Langkah Memasak Urap endess
- Rebus bahan sayuran sampai matang, satu persatu.
- Ulek smua bahan smpai halus kecuai asam jawa.
- Masukkan bumbu yg di haluskan tdi ke dlm wadah sdh berisi kelapa yg sdh d parut nesrta air kelapa (air kelapa jgn di buang).
- Aduk terus smpai rata, tmbhkn asem jawa, garam, smpai tersa mnis asem dan asin.
- Setela itu, kelapa yg sdh di gauli dgn bumbu di gongseng, smpai agak kering.
- Bila sdh agak kering, berarti sdh matang, dan siap untuk d susun dgn sayuran tsb.
- Selesai dan siap utuk di sajikan.
