  1. 11 sdm tepung beras.
  2. 4 sdm tepung maizena.
  3. 2 sdm tepung terigu.
  4. 6 sdm gula pasir.
  5. 1/2 sdt garam.
  6. 1 btr telur.
  7. 37 sdm susu cair.
  8. 1/2 sdt soda kue.
  9. Toping.
  10. Meses ceres.
  11. Keju parut.
  12. 1 sachet SKM.

Langkah Memasak Lekker teflon

  1. Campur semua bahan tepung,gula,garam sampai rata.. lalu kocok lepas telur masukkan ke adonan lalu aduk rata.
  2. Masukan susu cair dan soda kue lalu aduk rata.
  3. Tutup adonan dengan serbet selamat 30 mnt.. lalu aduk lagi adonan siap di masak di teflon.
  4. Panaskan teflon dengan api kecil lalu tuang adonan sesuai ukuran teflon lalu beri toping meses,keju dan skm.. jika pinggiran sudah coklat lipat bagi 2.. lalu di lipat 2 lagi...
