Bahan Membuat Peyek ebi

  1. 150 gr tepung beras (rose brand).
  2. 1 sdm maizena.
  3. 35 ml santan kara.
  4. 50 gr ebi kering.
  5. 1 1/2 sdm daun jeruk iris kecil.
  6. 1 telur.
  7. Garam.
  8. Royco.
  9. Bumbu halus.
  10. 3 kemiri.
  11. 3 bawang putih.
  12. 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk.
  13. 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
  14. Sejumput kunyit bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Peyek ebi

  1. Masukkan tepung,santan,telur yg sudah dikocok lepas dalam wadah aduk rata..
  2. Haluskan semua bumbu dan masukkan dalam wadah tepung + garam n Royco daun jeruk dan air sedikit2 hingga adonan tdk kental n tdk encer aduk rata goreng sedikit untuk koreksi rasa...
  3. Terakhir masukkan ebi yg telah dicuci bersih dalam adonan n goreng dalam minyak panas (me: cetak dgn sendok goreng).
  4. Siap dinikmati super kriuuuk.
