Bahan Membuat Rempeyek Ebi / Peyek Ebi

  1. Adonan :.
  2. 200 gr tepung beras.
  3. 1 sdm tepung kanji / tapioka.
  4. 1 butir telor.
  5. 300 ml air.
  6. 8-15 lembar daun jeruk iris tipis.
  7. Kacang tanah potong2 (saya ganti ebi).
  8. Bumbu Halus:.
  9. 3 butir kemiri.
  10. 3 siung bawang putih.
  11. 1 sdt garam.
  12. 1/4 sdt kaldu instant.
  13. 1/4 sdt merica.
  14. 2 cm kencur.
  15. 1 sdt munjung ketumbar.

Langkah Memasak Rempeyek Ebi / Peyek Ebi

  1. Blender/ulek semua bumbu bersama telor & 100 ml air.
  2. Siapkan mangkok besar, masukkan tepung beras, tepung kanji, daun jeruk, sisa air & bumbu, aduk rata..
  3. Panaskan wajan, goreng dengan 1 sdm adonan tabur kacang tanah. (Kacang tanah saya ganti ebi dan ikut dicampur ke adonan).
  4. Goreng sampai matang.
  5. Siapkan tisu untuk meniriskan minyak, setelah dingin langsung masukkan tupperware.
  6. Note : biar adonan ga buyar / rontok tepungnya, setelah tuang ke wajan langsung siram minyak merata.
