Bahan Membuat Rempeyek Ebi / Peyek Ebi
- Adonan :.
- 200 gr tepung beras.
- 1 sdm tepung kanji / tapioka.
- 1 butir telor.
- 300 ml air.
- 8-15 lembar daun jeruk iris tipis.
- Kacang tanah potong2 (saya ganti ebi).
- Bumbu Halus:.
- 3 butir kemiri.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1/4 sdt kaldu instant.
- 1/4 sdt merica.
- 2 cm kencur.
- 1 sdt munjung ketumbar.
Langkah Memasak Rempeyek Ebi / Peyek Ebi
- Blender/ulek semua bumbu bersama telor & 100 ml air.
- Siapkan mangkok besar, masukkan tepung beras, tepung kanji, daun jeruk, sisa air & bumbu, aduk rata..
- Panaskan wajan, goreng dengan 1 sdm adonan tabur kacang tanah. (Kacang tanah saya ganti ebi dan ikut dicampur ke adonan).
- Goreng sampai matang.
- Siapkan tisu untuk meniriskan minyak, setelah dingin langsung masukkan tupperware.
- Note : biar adonan ga buyar / rontok tepungnya, setelah tuang ke wajan langsung siram minyak merata.
