Bahan Membuat Peyek ebi
- 6 sdm munjung tepung beras.
- 2 sdm udang ebi (kering).
- 200 ml santan.
- 2 lb daun jeruk.
- bumbu :.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 0,5 cm kunyit.
- secukupnya minyak unt menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Peyek ebi
- Cuci ebi & bahan yg perlu dicuci. Gunting daun jeruk kecil memanjang.
- Santan sy ambil dr 1/8 butir kelapa. Bisa diganti air biasa tp menurut sy rasanya jd kurang gurih.
- Blender bumbu menggunakan sedikit air santan (di uleg jg bisa) cuma kmrn lg malas 😄.
- Campur santan, bumbu, tepung beras aduk rata hgg tidak ada yg menggumpal. Kemudian masukkan ebi +daun jeruk aduk lg..
- Panaskan minyak, setelah panas kecilkan api. Masukan 1 sendok sayur adonan dg cara menyiram di pinggiran wajan +- 2-3cm diatas minyak.
- Siram" kn minyak keatas adonan yg tidak kena minyak, supaya peyek bisa lepas & mengambang. Goreng hgg kering, jgn smp gosong ya.
