- 2 sdm tepung terigu.
- 8 sdm tepung beras.
- 2 sdm tepung maizena.
- 6 sdm gula.
- Secukupnya garam.
- 1 sachet susu bubuk dancow.
- 1/2 sdt baking soda.
- 150 ml air.
- Topping : sesuai selera (meises,keju,susu,dll).

- Campur jadi satu semua bahan, aduk menggunakan whisker hingga tdk ada adonan yg bergerindil..bila perlu saring Adonannya...
- Panaskan teflon,tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan lalu putar2 teflon agar adonan merata...
- Tunggu hingga Adonannya berubah menjadi kecoklatan lalu taburi bahan topping..tunggu lagi hingga adonan benar2 garing.
- Setelah itu lipat menjadi setengah lingkaran..kemudian lipat lagi..lalu angkat.
- Simple Crepes crispy nya ud jadi..begitu jadi lgsg jadi rebutan duo krucils & abinya..hihii...
- Matang satu langsung habis diserbu suami & duo krucils..sebelum habis lg cepet2 di cekrek dulu nih..makanya fotonya cm ada 1 Crepes aja...
