Goreng Pisang (Malaysian Deep Fried Banana) with Vanilla Ice Cream Adam Liaw. Pisang goreng is a popular Malaysian snack that is also known in many other Southeast Asian countries. It means fried bananas if translated literally, or is better known as banana fritters.
Bahan Membuat Pisang Goreng Vanilla
- 5 buah pisang (pisang kepok/tanduk/Raja/sesuai selera).
- 2 bungkus tepung pisang goreng Sasa.
- 1 butir telur.
- 1 sdm mentega.
- 2 sendok susu kental manis.
- secukupnya Air matang.
- Minyak goreng.
- Topping.
- Keju parut *optional.
- Coklat meses / Susu Kental *optional.
- Gula aren bubuk *optional.
Langkah Memasak Pisang Goreng Vanilla
- Potong potong pisang lalu hancurkan.
- Campurkan semua bahan (Tepung Pisang, Susu, telur, mentega, air matang) lalu aduk aduk hingga menjadi sebuah adonan.
- Tambahkan pisang yang sudah kita hancurkan tadi kedalam adonan tepung.
- Panaskan minyak di wajan, ambil adonan tadi lalu kita goreng *seperti kita sedang menggoreng bakwan sayur*.
- Setelah pisang matang lalu tiriskan ke dalam piring. Kemudian taburkan topping diatas pisang goreng (saya pakai keju dan Gula aren) *untuk topping sesuai selera yaa, mau pakai ataupun tidak itu tidak masalah, rasa sama sama enaaak* selamat mencoba😊😊.
