Goreng Pisang (Malaysian Deep Fried Banana) with Vanilla Ice Cream Adam Liaw. Pisang goreng is a popular Malaysian snack that is also known in many other Southeast Asian countries. It means fried bananas if translated literally, or is better known as banana fritters.
Bahan Membuat Pisang Goreng Vanilla
- 250 gr tepung beras.
- 100 gr tepung terigu.
- 1/2 sdm garam.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 350 gr air.
- 50 gr mentega (dilelehkan).
- 1/2 sdt vanilli extract.
- 1 sisir pisang raja/pisang kepok abu matang.
- toping : ceres coklat.
Langkah Memasak Pisang Goreng Vanilla
- Campurkan semua bahan (kecuali pisang dan ceres), kocok sebentar dengan ballon wisk agar tercampur rata.
- Kupas pisang, potong sesuai selera. Celupkan ke adonan pisang goreng.
- Goreng sampai keemasan dengan api sedang, agar pisang masak merata.
- Setelah diangkat, langsung taburi ceres. Hidangkan selagi panas.
