Langkah Memasak Jelebi

  1. Campur semua bahan. Aduk sampai tdk ada yg bergerindil. Tambahkan air sampai teksturnya cair tp tdk terlalu cair. Agak kental (seperti adonan martabak). Diamkan selama 15 menit.
  2. Masukkan adonan ke cetakan (saya pk botol kecap).
  3. Panaskan minyak. Tuang adonan dgn bentuk melingkar seperti kerupuk. Goreng sampai matang. Tiriskan..
  4. Campur semua bahan sirup. Masak sampai mengental. Tp jgn sampai jd caramel..
  5. Celupkan jelebi ke sirup gula. Tiriskan..
  6. Selesai!! Siap disajikan...
