Bahan Membuat Jalebi

  1. 1 cup maida(bisa Kita ganti cakra).
  2. 2 sdt maizena.
  3. 1 bks ragi instant(me.fermifan).
  4. 5 sdm air hangat+1sdt gula pasir.
  5. 2 sdm mentega cair secukupnya air.
  6. Pewarna orange.
  7. Gula syrup👇.
  8. 1 cup gula pasir(gelas 200ml).
  9. 150 ml air.
  10. 1 sdm air perasan jeruk lemon/nipis jg ok.
  11. 5 bj kapulaga India yg hijau,ambil biji dlm tumbuk.
  12. Secukupnya minyak goreng(coconut oil).

Langkah Memasak Jalebi

  1. Bikin buang,ragi+air hangat+sdikit gula campur,diamkan 15'.
  2. Masukan maida(tepung cakra),maizena,mentega cair tmbahkan air(adonan agak Kental) masukan buang,diamkn 15'.
  3. Panaskan minyak masukan adonan dlm plastik segitiga /botol kecap..semprotkan melingkar lingkar spt d atas,Lakukan sampai hbis.
  4. Masukan jadi 1 Bahan syrup..didihkan hingga agak Kental(sticky ya).
  5. Celupkan 1/1 jalebi goreng..angkat,tiriskan...
  6. Saran aq yg Punya Kadar gula tinggi jgn d coba ya😍g nahan manisnyaaa..uenak bnget...
