Bahan Membuat Jalebi
- *Bahan jalebi.
- 1/2 tsb Fermipan.
- 1 tsb Gula pasir.
- secukupnya Air.
- 1 cup Tepung terigu.
- Pewarna makanan orange.
- 1 sdm mentega leleh.
- *bahan sirup gula.
- 1 cup gula.
- 1 cup air.

Langkah Memasak Jalebi
- Pertama campur fermipan, gula,dan air dan aduk sampai tercampur lalu diamkan selama 15 menit.
- Saat menunggu adonan pertama selesai. Siapkan sirup gulanya masak gula, air dan pewarna makanan orange sampai mendidih jangan lupa diaduk terus.
- Siapkan wadah untuk mencapur tepung terigu, pewarna orange, mentega leleh dan adonan fermipan tadi dan tambahkan air aduk terus sampai tercampur(adonannya jangan terlalu encer banget y).
- Lalu siapkan botol saus/plastik untuk meletak kan adinan jalebi.
- Lalu siapkan teflon dan Panaskan minyak.
- Goreng adonan seperti obat nyamuk(jika ingin bentuk yang lain juga boleh).
- Setelah adonan sudah bewarna keemasan.celupakan jalebi kedalam sirup gula, lalu tiriskan.
