- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdt oregano.
- Saus keju:.
- 2 sdm butter.
- 2 sdm tepung terigu.
- 250 ml susu cair.
- 50 ml cooking cream.
- 1/2 pak keju spread.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Topping:.
- 6 lbr keju cheddar slice.
Langkah Memasak Pasta Brulee
- Rebus spaghetti + makaroni sampai matang,tiriskan.
- Saus daging:Panaskan butter,tumis bwg pth & bwg bombay sampai harum.Masukkan daging sapi.Masak hingga daging berubah warna.Tambahkan bumbu2 & saus spaghetti.
- Tes rasa.Lalu masukkan pasta yg sdh direbus.Aduk rata.Tuangkan ke atas pinggan tahan panas.
- Saus keju:Panaskan butter,masukkan terigu.Aduk rata.Tambahan susu,cooking cream,& bahan2 lainnya.Aduk rata.Masak sampai mendidih & semua bahan tercampur rata.
- Tuang saus keju ke atas pasta.Beri keju slice di atasnya.Panggang kira2 10 menit menggunakan api atas suhu 170°.
