Bahan Membuat Corndog modifikasi

  1. 10 buah sosis sapi tusuk dengan tusukan sate.
  2. bumbu halus.
  3. 3 siung bawang putih haluskan.
  4. 1 buah bawang bombay haluskan.
  5. 1 sdt merica.
  6. 1 sdm kaldu bubuk sapi.
  7. 2 buah jagung iris dan haluskan.
  8. 200 gram tepung terigu.
  9. 1 sdt bakingpowder.
  10. 1 butir telur kocok lepas.
  11. 50 ml susu uht.
  12. 1 liter minyak goreng.

Langkah Memasak Corndog modifikasi

  1. Campur semua bahan dalam wadah,aduk sampai rata.lalu tuangkan ke dalam gelas yg tinggi agar sosisnya tercelup merata..
  2. Celupkan sosis dalam adonan tepung lalu Goreng dalam minyak panas sampai kuning kecoklatan. Sajikan dengan saos sambal dan mayonese.
