Bahan Membuat Salted egg chicken

  1. 250 gr ayam fillet (paha lebih enak).
  2. 3 siung bawang putih cincang halus.
  3. 1 sdt kecap ikan.
  4. 1 bungkus tepung bumbu.
  5. Resep saus.
  6. 4 butir telur asin (ambil kuningnya aja ya boskuue).
  7. 4 buah cabe rawit.
  8. 1 sdt saus tiram.
  9. 1 sdm butter.
  10. 1 siung bawang putih cincang.
  11. 50 ml susu full cream plain.
  12. 1 sdt kaldu jamur.
  13. secukupnya Gula.
  14. secukupnya Air.

Langkah Memasak Salted egg chicken

  1. Potong ayam menjadi seukuran bite size,marinasi dengan kecap ikan dan bawang putih..diamkan minimal 1 jam (semaleman lebih enak).
  2. Siapkan tepung bumbu,buat adonan basah dan kering.
  3. Keluarkan ayam marinasi,balur dengan tepung bumbu kering kemudian masukkan ke adonan basah lalu ke adonan kering lagi.
  4. Panaskan minyak hingga suhu 168° celcius,masak ayam selama 9 menit.
  5. Panaskan wajan dan lelehkan butter.
  6. Tumis cabe bersama bawang putih (api kecil ya bos nanti bawangnya gosong).
  7. Jika sudah harus masukkan kuning telur asin..masak hingga kuning telur hancur dan berbusa.
  8. Masukkan susu dan aduk kembali.
  9. Masukkan saus tiram,kaldu jamur dan gula secukupnya (1 cubit dulu).
  10. Rasakan sausnya,jika dirasa pas tidak perlu menambahkan apapun.
  11. Liat konsistensi sausnya jika dirasa terlalu kental tambahkan air jangan susu karena akan membuat rasa saus menjadi enek.
  12. Apabila konsistensi dan rasa sausnya sudah pas masukkan ayam goreng yg td sudah matang.
  13. Aduk dan campur boskuuu.
  14. Ambil nasi dan ayam siap dinikmati.
