Langkah Memasak Klappertaart
- Masukkan bahan A sampe tercampur rata.
- Masukkan bahan B kecuali daging kelapa dimasukkan terakhir setelah semuanya tercampur rata..
- Setelah agak mengental masukkan daging kelapa.
- Bahan C di mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi sampe putih telur kaku/ kental berjejak.
- Setelah adonan meletup2, matikan api. Masukkan cup ato sesuai selera bisa pake mangkuk anti panas. Atasnya hias dengan maringue ditambah taburan untuk topping.
- Saya menggunakan oven listrik dengan suhu 150°, waktunya 25menit, api atas bawah. Ato sesuai oven masing2.
