Langkah Memasak Klappertaart

  1. Campur smua tepung dan larutkan dg 400ml UHT.. Masak 100ml UHT dan gulapasir smp larut.. Kmdn masukkan tepung yg sdh diencerkan dg api kecil asal meletup2 saja.. Matikan api..
  2. Masukkan margarine dan kuning telor aduk.. Masukin vanilla kayu manis garam,Kismis,kelapamuda.. Masak bntr...
  3. Tuang diloyang atau aluminum foil atau ramekin.
  4. Utk toping,Putih telor dan gula di mixer smp kaku.. Tuang ke adonan diatas.. Dan taburkan almond slice (atau bs jg keju parut jika mau klappertaart keju : kismis diganti keju potong dadu).
