- Almond slice secukupnya.
- 3 btr putih telor.
- 1 sdm Gula pasir.
Langkah Memasak Klappertaart
- Campur smua tepung dan larutkan dg 400ml UHT.. Masak 100ml UHT dan gulapasir smp larut.. Kmdn masukkan tepung yg sdh diencerkan dg api kecil asal meletup2 saja.. Matikan api..
- Masukkan margarine dan kuning telor aduk.. Masukin vanilla kayu manis garam,Kismis,kelapamuda.. Masak bntr...
- Tuang diloyang atau aluminum foil atau ramekin.
- Utk toping,Putih telor dan gula di mixer smp kaku.. Tuang ke adonan diatas.. Dan taburkan almond slice (atau bs jg keju parut jika mau klappertaart keju : kismis diganti keju potong dadu).
