Bahan Membuat Falafel

  1. 2 cups dry chickpea.
  2. 1/4 cup parsley.
  3. 5 siung bawang putih.
  4. 1 buah bawang bombay.
  5. 2 sdt Jinten.
  6. Seujung sdt Kapulaga.
  7. 1 sdt Ketumbar.
  8. 1/4 sdt Merica.
  9. 1 3/4 sdt Garam secukupnya.
  10. Air (untuk rendaman).
  11. 1 1/2 sdm tepung terigu.
  12. 1/4 sdt Cayenne pepper (karena ga punya, saya ganti paprika bubuk).
  13. Minyak goreng.

Langkah Memasak Falafel

  1. Rendam chickpeas semalaman.
  2. Setelah volumenya menjadi 2-3 kali lipat, tiriskan..
  3. Iris bawang bombay dan parsley. Sedangkan bawang putih di panggang..
  4. Masukkan Chickpeas, tepung dan semua bumbu bumbu lainnya kedalam food processor..
  5. Blender semua, agar tercampur merata..
  6. Setelah merata, akan tampak seperti gambar dibawah ini..
  7. Pindahkan kedalam wadah lain, tutup dan simpan didalam kulkas kira-kira 2 jam..
  8. Setelah 2 jam, keluarkan dan adonan siap dibentuk bola bola.
  9. Siapkan wajan penggorengan. Goreng hingga kecoklatan..
  10. Setelah kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan dan siap disajikan. Selamat mencoba!.
