- 1 sdt Ketumbar.
- 1/4 sdt Merica.
- 1 3/4 sdt Garam secukupnya.
- Air (untuk rendaman).
- 1 1/2 sdm tepung terigu.
- 1/4 sdt Cayenne pepper (karena ga punya, saya ganti paprika bubuk).
- Minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak Falafel
- Rendam chickpeas semalaman.
- Setelah volumenya menjadi 2-3 kali lipat, tiriskan..
- Iris bawang bombay dan parsley. Sedangkan bawang putih di panggang..
- Masukkan Chickpeas, tepung dan semua bumbu bumbu lainnya kedalam food processor..
- Blender semua, agar tercampur merata..
- Setelah merata, akan tampak seperti gambar dibawah ini..
- Pindahkan kedalam wadah lain, tutup dan simpan didalam kulkas kira-kira 2 jam..
- Setelah 2 jam, keluarkan dan adonan siap dibentuk bola bola.
- Siapkan wajan penggorengan. Goreng hingga kecoklatan..
- Setelah kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan dan siap disajikan. Selamat mencoba!.
