- 2 kg wader kecil2.
- 500 grm tepung beras.
- 1 buah jeruk nipis.
- 3 siung bawang putih, 2btr kemiri.
- secukupnya ketumbar dan kunyit.
- iris daun jeruk sy uleg dan.
- garam dan penyedap sckupnya.
Langkah Memasak Wader crispyku
- Cuci bersih wader buang kotoran dan bersihkn sisiknya... Lumuri dgn perasan jeruk nipis.
- Bumbu2 dihaluskan masukkan ke wader..ga usah dikasih air yaa ratakan sampai semua wader kena bumbu.
- Lalu taburi tepung beras sedikit demi sedikit.
- Goreng dgn minyak byk dan panas.
- Saya menggorengnya 2x sperti goreng peyek. YG pertama asal goreng aja..setengah mateng. YG ke 2 baru goreng yg smpe mateng..crispy.
